  • What tools and access will you need to get started?
    To conduct a thorough analysis, I will need: Collaborator access to your Shopify store. Access to Klaviyo (for email and customer journey insights). Access to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for traffic and performance metrics. Permission to install Clarity (or a similar tool) for heatmap and behaviour tracking on your site.
  • How long will the process take?
    The deep-dive analysis will take approximately two weeks. Afterwards, we’ll schedule a 2-hour call to review the findings, discuss strategies, and answer your questions.
  • What deliverables will I receive?
    You’ll receive: A detailed deck outlining the analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations. A tailored roadmap of both quick wins and long-term strategies to boost conversions and improve your bottom line. 30 days of email support to answer follow-up questions and provide guidance as you implement the recommendations.
  • What if I don’t have some of the tools required, like Clarity?
    No problem! I can guide you through setting up Clarity (or a similar tool) and ensure everything is ready for data collection and analysis.
